Edgar Wright may not be a household name, but some of his films are. He is most famous for directing Simon Pegg and Nick Frost in "Shaun of the Dead" and "Hot Fuzz". It seems that the producers of AMC's hit show "The Walking Dead" want Edgar Wright to make a return to his zombie roots. Edgar Wright may be too busy to commit to directing an episode of "The Walking Dead" even if he wanted to. Wright, whose most recent film was "Scott Pilgrim vs. the World", has two other film projects lined up, "Them" and Marvel Studio's "Ant-Man". Regardless if he actually does direct an episode or not, I like that the producers of "The Walking Dead" are trying to get some of the most skilled filmmakers in showbiz. It is a good sign for the show.
