Robert Kirkman first stated that things are still being written for season two and that anything can change. He did want to debunk a rumor going around that the Governor would be appearing this season. Kirkman stated that there was 0% chance of the character appearing this season BUT there is a 92% chance we will see him in season three (assuming it does not get cancelled of course which is unlikely). It sounds as though season two will be working up to a major arc in the third season which I am okay with. It's sometimes better for shows to take their time (as long as it doesn't get boring) then to try and cram everything into one season.
Kirkman did confirm the rumor that Morgan and Duane Jones might be appearing again in season two. The characters of Morgan Jones (Lennie James) and his son Duane Jones (Adrian Kali Turner) were last seen in episode one and their fate was left up in the air. I am hoping Lennie James becomes a regular on the show because even though he has only been in one episode so far, he has one of the more interesting characters on the show.
Well, I better be heading off now. Thanks for reading and coming back to my site!
